I've been personally collecting Lego for over 30 years, specialising in mini figure's from all genres, I have over 15 years of online sales experience, along with the enormous wealth of experience within our team. As an AFOL I have also been using Bricklink for nearly 10 years when it was barely established here in the UK. We've always desired to find the extra time needed to sell on Brick Link as something more than the hobby seller we've always been, but have never had the time with our selling commitments on other platforms, But we're now in the position with our new warehouse to list the enormous quantities of figures & parts we have in stock. I love this site just the way it is and my only frustration as a buyer over the years has been with inconstancy with various sellers, to include the randomness of seller fee's & various charges, Random open order policy's of between a day & 7 days & the annoyance of closing & packing order to early. Slow/Poor customer care & Lengthy uncertain picking & dispatch times, which we have always excepted as a hobby site but looking to put these things right with our store here, with : Zero added fee's & standard bricklink table postage rates. Same-day Dispatch- WOW . 4 Week open order policy - Full Time Customer Service Team who are go above and beyond to help. ( Please kindly message via Bricklink Messaging service only, direct messages will not be seen! ) All our Parts are Brand New & Factory fresh, stored in a clean environment, Parts are inspected and those that don't meet the high standard we expect are removed. Refunds are only processed on items that can't be exchange & re-dispatched! We have just a £10 minimum order policy at the moment & all we ask is you add as many parts, figures, etc as possible as very small order's may make us a loss.
