Thanks to a very malicious transaction, I have implemented *NEW* policies on ANY order over the insured (free) amount. Insurance will be required on orders over $50 not covered by the USPS/carrier of choice. I was essentially robbed and PayPal point. I love LEGO, and hope that our transaction is a positive one across the board!

I threw in a bit of humor here and there to save you the monotony.
1. NEW items are just that. Most of the sets that get parted out go straight into bags. I do also buy a lot of pieces off the pick a brick wall at the LEGO store, so sometimes scratches may occur.
If an item is scratched beyond reason please let me know we will work something out.
2. While I do not white glove treat my inventory, I am as careful as reasonably possible to package your order well.
3. Different bricks can be stacked and still considered “as new”, I do this only for these large size bricks (2 x 4, 2 x 3, and 2 x 2, etc.) and used bricks as well to save space, reduce shipping, and reduce possible scratching.
4. USED items vary in condition from “like new” to varying conditions of play-wear. Used parts can be anything from almost perfect to nicks and dirt. Use price as a guide for quality, if it is really cheap there is a reason. If you want perfect buy new, all used parts are sold as is.
5. Trans parts are sold as is. They scratch very easily I price accordingly but if you order some and they are scratched in shipping then they are scratched in shipping.
6. Our inventory is sometimes played with for QUALITY CONTROL. We love and play with our parts. Just read that as-is, not into it. Thanks. Family site & store, you know.
7. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us ASAP so that we have a chance to make it right.

9. I usually process and mail all orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment (or sooner).
10. ORDERS ~ Feel free to add to an order if you have not yet paid an invoice. If you have an open order and there have been no additions/changes in 24 to 48 hours, I will consider your order complete and send you an invoice (unless of course you notify me to leave it in an open status).
11. Shipping Policy ~ Please let me know if you have a shipping preference. I will invoice packages under 13 oz as first class and over as priority. Packing materials increase shipping weights which increases cost. I try to pack tight and light. Items with printing on them will be packed in small numbers to minimize chance of damage. Most orders required 2-4 oz of packaging including padded envelopes.
12. PAYPAL CUSTOMERS ~ I will only ship to PayPal verified addresses. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. If you live locally, we can have a public meet within reason, if desired.
13. SHIPPING CHARGES ~ I try to be as fair as possible, and reuse bubble wrap and packing materials when I can to save you money. All shipping costs will be exact postage to your destination plus delivery confirmation for domestic orders.
Please do not order If you do not like these terms. Insurance is optional, but know that I cannot be held responsible for your damages to your shipment once it is in the hands of the USPS. Please request it if you feel it is needed.

First Class Mail Domestic ~ Items under 13 oz including packaging this is the cheapest method.
Parcel Post ~ If you are ordering more that 13 oz this is the slowest but can be the best priced
Priority Mail Domestic ~ Flat rate packs can be more economical than parcel post especially if you are on the Western half of the United States
