Items missing from Orders

My stock is now the most accurate it can be... But, I'm human, so there can be the occasional mistake: sometimes I relied on incorrect inventories, sometimes I forget to remove a piece I decided to keep myself or put it in the wrong place, sometimes gremlins in the computers change my inventory without my knowledge*.

It's rare but it can happen

If you order an item and I don't have it, you will always be allowed to cancel the entire order without negative or neutral feedback. After all, it was my duty to make sure things are right. Otherwise, I will remove the missing/wrong parts from your order through Bricklink's system. Buyers have to approve the removal or items in their orders, so BL will send you an E-mail with a link to approve the removal.

*=There is a history on this site of sold-out items sometimes re-appearing in store inventories or even items that the seller never had. No known cause has been identified, nor has any action been taken to prevent this.

Color Accuracy

Dark Bluish Gray
Light Bluish Gray
Reddish Brown
Dark Gray
Light Gray
Brown

I take extra care in verifying that the older Light Gray and Dark Gray are seperate from the newer Light Bluish Gray ("blay") and Dark Bluish Gray ("dark blay"). I also make sure that Brown and Reddish Brown are seperate. If you order items in these colors, rest assured you will not recieve an item in the wrong color or I will refund, replace, or have the correct part sent to you.

Bright Pink
Pink
Light Pink
Light Purple
Purple
(Also) Purple

Pinks and Purples are more difficult to distinguish and Lego's own consistancy is historicly poor in these hues. I do my best to list and describe the exact color of these parts, but if you have a concern, feel free to contact me before ordering. I have my own color chart of bricks in confirmed colors I can compare pieces to.

Similar-Part Accuracy

There are a few parts with a slight cosmetic difference that doesn't make the part functionally different. The most common examples are:
Headlight Bricks
and their slots
With Slot
Without Slot
1x1 Cones and
their grooves
With Groove
Without Groove
Minifig Seats
and sprue marks
With Mark
Without Mark
There is not a way to mark that the presence of these differences is unknown. Sets come from the factory with a mix of each variation. In cases like these I try to to mention that the variation us unknown in each parts' listing. If you are looking for one specific variation, where the other version poses a problem for you, feel free to ask before ordering and I will check my inventory and let you know what I have in each variation.
