Feedback

Domestic buyers: My policy is to leave feedback when the order is paid for and I would appreciate feedback when you recieve your order. (Buyers with less than 10 positive feedback may have their feedback left after they mark their order as "Received" or "Complete")
International buyers: My policy is to leave feedback once you have recieved your order and you've either left me feedback or you have let me know that everything has arrived.
Ebay Feedback: Although I no longer sell Lego items on Ebay, I have a long record there with 100% Positive feedback
Feedback Removal: I have never requested a Negative or Neutral feedback for a transaction experience. In 2003 I did have one neutral removed because the buyer misunderstood "feedback" for "contact" and used it to ask a question about payment methods.

Order Status

I actively use the order status selections on your orders placed screen so you can see what is being done with your order. Here is what they mean:
Pending: I have not yet seen your order. I will find out about it next time I'm online. There is no need to send me a seperate E-mail saying that you have placed an order
Updated: You have added more parts to your order or have approved the removal of parts from your order
Processing: I have accepted your order and am pulling the items from my inventory, packaging, and weighing them
Ready: Your order is ready to be paid. I have sent an invoice with the total charges
Paid: I have accepted your electronic payment or your mailed payment has been received. Any additional items you purchase at this point will create a new order
Packed: Your order is ready to ship to you but has not yet been delivered to the post office or courier
Shipped: Your order is on its way to you!
As a buyer, you can change the following status once your order has been shipped:
Received: You have received your order, but have not yet inspected it
Completed: You are satisfied with your order and feedback has been left by both parties.
If I see that you have left positive feedback I will change a "Shipped" or "Received" order to "Completed" for you
I strive to make all my selling transactions as smooth as possible, so the following are unlikely. These are the Problem-Order statuses:
OCR: Order Cancel Request initiated for this order by you or me
NPB: I have initiated Non-Paying Buyer Alert because I have not recieved payment in a reasonable amount of time
NPBx: I have not recieved payment in a reasonable amount of time or a buyer wishes to cancel order for an invalid reason and will accept penalty from Bricklink
NRS: A buyer initiated a Non-Responding Seller Alert
NSS: A buyer initiated a Non-Shipping Seller Alert
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled
