In my store you can find instructions for some of my custom modular buildings and other MOCs, such as the Winter Cafe, as well as many of RedCoKid's iconic models, such as the Ferris Wheel and Green Gables Stadium.

Each set of instructions comprises:

• Parts list in XML format for uploading to a wanted list

Blue Shores

This is a 885 piece custom, unfurnished modular building inspired by the cast iron buildings of New York.

Cast Iron Modular

This is a 850+ piece custom, unfurnished modular building inspired by the cast iron buildings of New York.

MedCo Clinic

This is a 4,700+ piece custom modular building designed by RedCokid with reverence to classic town’s 6364 Paramedic Unit and inspired by a historic institution in Sweden.

Museum of Natural History

This is a 4,400+ piece custom modular building designed by RedCokid and modelled on the Museum of Natural History in Washington DC.

Winter Barn House

This is the 746-piece, fully furnished Winter Barn House, featuring an internal stable on the ground floor and bedroom loft, as well as separate outside yard with shelter. With a footprint similar to the Winter Village Post Office, Winter Village Toy Shop and Winter Village Bakery, it is the perfect addition to your Winter Village layout.

Beloved Belle

This is a 3,500+ piece custom modular building, with fully furnished wedding gown store and two apartments.

Green Gables Stadium

This is a 18,600+ piece custom Green Gables Stadium, designed by RedCokid.

Princess Palace

This is a 2,950+ piece custom modular building, designed by RedCokid.

The Tan Townhouse

This is a 32-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring a lounge, kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms.

Trilogy Bar and Nightclub

This is a 16-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring a bar, dance floor and lounge.

Coveted Clutch

This is a 16-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring a store downstairs and an apartment upstairs.

Psychiatrist's Office

This is a 16-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring a reception area downstairs and the doctor's office upstairs.

Townhouse No.2 (Sand Blue)

This is a 16-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring kitchen, lounge and deck on the ground floor, bedroom on the first floor and bathroom and balcony on the top floor.

Winter Cafe

This is the 764-piece, fully furnished Winter Cafe, featuring a coffee shop on the ground floor and bedroom loft. With a footprint similar to the Winter Village Post Office, Winter Village Toy Shop and Winter Village Bakery, it is the perfect addition to your Winter Village layout.

This is a 32-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring a coffee shop and offices for an accounting firm.

Lion Heart Hotel

This is a 32-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, housing a boutique hotel with two ensuite rooms and a penthouse suite.

Sugar & Spice

This is a 32-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring a cupcake store on the ground floor and spacious, open plan apartment on the upper floors.

Blooming Blossoms

This is a 16-stud wide, fully furnished modular building, featuring a florist on the ground floor and one-bedroom apartment on the upper floors.
