Blue Shores

Extend your town layout with the step-by-step instructions for the 850+ pieces, 16-stud wide, unfurnished Blue Shores. The Blue Shores also comes with instructions for a Sand Green Townhouse, which was the original version of the model that the Blue Shores was based on.

This design is based on an MOC originally built in real LEGO bricks and has been rebuilt using the instructions to confirm the building steps and the parts required.
