Sugar & Spice

Extend your town layout with the instructions for this 3,103-piece custom modular building. It is fully furnished with a cupcake shop on the ground floor and a large open plan apartment on the the first and second floor. There's also a rooftop garden accessed through an opening sunroof.

This design is based on an MOC originally built in real LEGO bricks and has been rebuilt using the instructions to confirm the building steps and the parts required.

The ground floor features the Sugar & Spice, for the yummiest cupcakes and sodas. Although not shown in the image below, the instructions do include the cupcakes!

The model in the instructions has been amended from the original design, but changes are limited to furnishings only. The structure of the model is unchanged from the original. The minifigures shown in the images for the original model are not included in the instructions.
