Black Velvet

Extend your town layout with the instructions for this 2,950-piece custom modular building. It is fully furnished with a coffee shop and courtyard on the ground floor and commercial offices on the the first and second floor.

This design is based on an MOC originally built in real LEGO bricks and has been rebuilt using the instructions to confirm the building steps and the parts required.

The ground floor features the Black Velvet Cafe, complete with courtyard for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while they enjoy their coffee:

The second floor includes the boss' office and the cubicles for those who do all the actual work:

The model in the instructions is very true to the original design with only very minor changes. The minifigures shown in the images for the original model are not included in the instructions.
