Townhouse No.2 (Sand Blue)

Extend your town layout with the step-by-step instructions for the 1,700+ pieces, 16-stud wide modular Townhouse No.2 in Sand Blue. It features a fully furnished interior, with a combined lounge and kitchen on the ground floor, main bedroom on the first floor and bathroom on the top floor. There's also a deck out the back and a small balcony on the top floor.

This design is based on an MOC originally built in real LEGO bricks and has been rebuilt using the instructions to confirm the building steps and the parts required.

This design is very true to the original model, with only minor changes. For example, the original model had mixed dark pink, bright pink and white flowers in the front garden. This model uses only bright pink and white.

Note: The instructions uses 1x2 bricks in Sand Blue , which can be difficult to source cheaply. The original model was built using 1x2 bricks with groove (Item ID 4216), with the groove towards the inside of the building. These are more readily available.
