Coveted Clutch

Extend your town layout with the step-by-step instructions for the 2,000+ pieces, 16-stud wide modular store with upstairs apartment. It features a fully furnished interior, with a shop and storeoom on the ground floor. On the first floor is the kitchen and lounge. On the second floor is a bedroom and bathroom.

This design is based on an MOC originally built in real LEGO bricks and has been rebuilt using the instructions to confirm the building steps and the parts required.

The original design has been modified slightly to account for certain parts not being available in the electronic parts library used to create the step-by-step instructions. These are primarily minifigure accessories used to decorate the inside of the building. The original model included 7 Friends handbags, 2 guitars and a portable stereo that have not been included in the instructions.
