The Tan Townhouse

This is a 32-stud wide modular building.

This design is based on an MOC originally built in real LEGO bricks and has been rebuilt using the instructions to confirm the building steps and the parts required.

The ground floor features the lounge room, lobby with telephone bench and the kitchen

The first floor features the main bedroom and the bathroom

The second floor has two bedrooms and a small outdoor balcony

The original design has been modified slightly to account for certain parts not being available in the electronic parts library used to create the step-by-step instructions. These are primarily minifigure accessories used to decorate the inside of the building.
