Includes all extras and all stickers. Please note, that the two hatch stickers are applied upside-down, and one is slightly damaged in corners. Out of the 4 "POLICE" stickers, one is in German ("Polizei"). The remaining, unused English/German stickers are not included. Bricks are mixed between being in good condition and some having playwear. Instructions are in good condition except for cover pages having a bit of wear and being torn halfway along the spine. NOTE: At the time of writing, parts 44567 were of undetermined type in the inventory. Included in this set are the variants 44567a (with bottom grove).
