I got sealed bags of this set, with instructions and the green baseplate. There
are no white plate in any size. I checked the instructions too, they are not
used anywhere.

Unfortunately there were extra sealed bags in the lot I bought that I did not
know about before opening the bags so I cannot confirm accuracy of the set but
I got all the parts of this set and it is complete except for the white plates.
I compared the photos of my bags with another new with box opened listing on
e bay and I confirm I have all the bags.
