Sent a package (within UK) on 4th February, marked it as shipping. It's not
arrived yet - buyer opted for Royal Mail 2nd class untracked so it's probably
out there somewhere and will get there eventually. But he's posted an NSS
on my account. We've had some conversation/messages about it.
He would appear to be accusing me of lying about posting it. Despite the fact
I've sent him a screenshot of the online postage I bought with his name &
address on it. I use a parcel locker to send my packages because it's literally
at the end of my driveway, rather than go to the post office which is a car journey
away. No proof of posting as I send 4 orders at once (the others have arrived)
and the individual packages are not flagged individually as having been left
in the parcel locker
He's a new buyer - it's just annoying & frustrating.

Send proof of post (the screenshot of the postage you bought with his name) to
the Help Desk.

I should warn you that it could be a while before they get around to removing
it - it's possible the buyer could even complete the NSS in the meantime.

Absolutely. Which isn't a problem if OP has no other NSS remaining in say
"floating state", but if they have, better try to solve this ASAP instead
of risking shop being forced close
