Recently my tax exemption license was renewed and I sent in my new license into
support 9 days ago and so far no reply, does anyone have any input on how long
it takes for them to reply and renew the tax exemption? When I sent mine in a
few years ago I don't remember it taking this long, but maybe they're
just receiving a lot of new exemptions for the new year?

Yep, I am since the old exemption expired so I sent in the new one issued. I
just haven’t heard back from support.
