Hiya,

It appears that someone in the coding team has now 'fixed' the username
pass-though for coupon creation, in that it now populates the username when opened
from the Order screen.

However, as soon as you now press the 'Use Saved Presets' button (99.9%
of the time), it removes the username and you still need to be past it in again.
Sigh.

Any chance this could be fixed please ? (and maybe some testing in the future...).

Best case is make it how it originally was, i.e. presets in as default and username
in.
(and change the current Use Presets button to 'Clear Presets' for those
rare occasions, but i really don't think this button is needed at all).

P.S. Some way to bulk delete coupons (as per original) is really still required

Same issue here. Plus, when you use the auto fill, the coupon icon no longer
"lights up" to show that you issued the user a coupon.

You made a quick and easy process into a multi step, Wait for the page to load,
issue coupon, then go back and double check to see if it was actually issued.

the real problem with coupons was not in how they were issued, but how a customer
sees them. They are way too easy to miss.

Yes, this seems to have broken around January 16-17. Before that date the coupon
icon lights up when I look at the orders I've received, after that date,
nothing (despite having issued several coupons in the meantime).

Yes, Please fix this issue. There was nothing wrong with how coupons were issued
before. It worked perfect. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I agree it was very hard to find a coupon as a buyer and use it. Many customers
asked how to use it and I couldn't really help them since I have only ever
been issued 1 or 2 coupons that I used.

They broke it on Dec 10th and 2 months later have still not fixed it!!!!

Yes, Please fix this issue. There was nothing wrong with how coupons were issued
