do you think the sw1304 commander fox have a separate version or at least torso
variant due to the production change in late 2025?

Could you be more specific here? Which sets and which production change are you
referring to?

I see a minifigure:

Minifig No: sw1304 Name: Clone Trooper Commander Fox, Coruscant Guard (Phase 2) - Dark Bluish Gray Visor, Printed Legs
*
sw1304 (Inv) Clone Trooper Commander Fox, Coruscant Guard (Phase 2) - Dark Bluish Gray Visor, Printed Legs
Minifigures: Star Wars: Star Wars The Clone Wars
that came only in one set:

Set No: 75354 Name: Coruscant Guard Gunship
*
75354-1 (Inv) Coruscant Guard Gunship
1069 Parts, 5 Minifigures, 2023
Sets: Star Wars: Star Wars The Clone Wars
with a torso:

Part No: 973pb5408c01 Name: Torso SW Armor Clone Trooper Commander Fox with White Breastplate, Belt with Boxes and Black Markings Pattern (Clone Wars) / Red Arms / Black Hands
*
973pb5408c01 (Inv) Torso SW Armor Clone Trooper Commander Fox with White Breastplate, Belt with Boxes and Black Markings Pattern (Clone Wars) / Red Arms / Black Hands
Parts: Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor.
that only has one PCC:

If I recall correctly, recent runs of the set added an extra as white (or red?)
print layer or six to make it look less pink and more red/white

yeah that’s what i’m talking about the extra white layer added should it be catalogued
separately like most other production changes?

Since they are both intended to be the same pattern I don't think a separate
entry is needed (even though It does seem they have corrected the initial printing).

I have added a note to the entry.
