Hello everyone

I have decided to deactivate my store almost 2 years ago due to a new job I started
at that time. Because of this, I had also missed the email asking me to confirm
the "EU Digital Services Act (DSA)".

Now I have a bit more time on my hand again and wanted to re-open the store,
however it is now suspended because I have not answered the DSA in time (I did
not access emails either).

I have raised 2 support tickets, both 10 days ago, and not heard back ever since.
Does anyone know, how long this can take?

I've seen people saying "3 weeks before I got a reply". I think you're
just going to have to wait
