Hoping someone can help - it's driving me crazy.

I have found these three half built sets and need help identifying them. I have
used AI, l have searched by specific parts, but not having any luck.

I swear set two was a navy car towing a trailor with motorbikes on it. That is
the one that is driving me crazy the most!!!

Yes, from this set. If you look up the instructions on the LEGO site, the build
on the left is from the big vehicle from Book 2 and the build on the left is
from the big vehicle in Book 4
