I have several shipping options in my store. How can I show both options? Ground
Advantage and Priority Flat Rate? I have some restrictions on the Flat Rates,
but can't figure out how to set them accordingly

You must use Groups and group the identical ones, example:
Group 1
* Ground Advantage 1
* Ground Advantage 2
* Ground Advantage 3

Priority Flat Rate
* Priority Flat Rate 1
* Priority Flat Rate 2
* Priority Flat Rate 3

Then BL will show to the buyer the cheapest corresponding shipping method of
each group.

Exemple:
Ground Advantage 1
Priority Flat Rate 1

And the cheapest will be the default proposed, ex:
Ground Advantage 1

(but the other one will also been shown)
