I noticed this part in the catalog, and I don't see any evidence that this
part has ever been produced. It doesn't appear in any sets and doesn't
appear to have ever been sold on BrickLink. Should this be marked for deletion?

I saw that too while browsing the missing informations in catalog.
I think that's an off-brand part
