due to exceeded limit of 10000 Euro in 2024 I was not more allowed to sell bricks
to EU countries in 2025 with the info that I will be allowed again to do that
starting 2026.
As I cann see in my account, I am still not allowed to do that.
Anyone knows the reason? Perhaps the corresponding report to clear this limitation
has been not executed yet?
Had this also but the year before. Got an e-mail and opened up to EU selling
about 5 of January I think. So I presume it will work in a couple of days for

I’m having to same problem. All buyers from the EU still can’t buy in my store.
We have filled in the OSS registration. This should work. But it isn’t. Bricklink
won’t replay my emails for months. We only got 1 email saying that we are aloud
to open a 2 account. For us this is not the solution.
Now a new year started and it is already the 11th of January and my store is
still closed for EU buyers. What can we do? Bricklink is not reacting and it
costs us so much.
Is OSS not possible?

Our system checks the €10,000 threshold monthly. Sellers who reach the threshold
are notified by email. Those sellers have 30 days to register and enable One-Stop-Shop
(OSS) or VAT IDs. If a seller does not enable OSS or VAT IDs, then EU distance
selling will be blocked for the rest of that calendar year and the following
full year. However, distance selling can be reinstated at any time after
being blocked if the seller successfully completes the registration process.
What can we do? Bricklink is not reacting and it costs us so much.
If you put the OSS registration information, then I guess BrickLink have to check
this registration. As it was Christmas and New Year and the heaviest period of
the year for LEGO, they must be very busy. Please be patient. Hoping an Admin
can read this conversation?
