I received a message through BL about his paying method, wanting to know if the
email was correct, they want to pay e-transfer. I answered through the same message
(not email) but it didn't show on the order page. So I resent again, also
the same way, again it's not showing on the order page. I then sent a message
directly from the order page and yes it is there showing on the order page but
not the first 2 messages.
I'd love to hear what you pros think, the order is over 2,000 pieces
It seems the client simply messaged you through the message system and not the
order itself. Replying to that message, your message, resultingly, did not attach
to the order either.
