I already know this, but I’d just like someone else to confirm it, or say otherwise:
Buyers from the USA can only pay via onsite, PayPal on BrickLink, even if they
have (Tax Exempt).
Pretty certain, I know states that don’t have sales tax can pay other ways, but
those are only a few, and I’m not certain if bricklink has setup a special flag
for tax exempt not needing onsite
The IBAN / Wise option is not available to them. Correct?
I’m not sure that’s really even a thing in the USA. Here in Canada the only bank
option we really have that’s used by customers is e-transfer, meanwhile in the
USA I don’t think anyone really uses bank transfer for normal purchases
Wouldn't Stripe also be an option? They also take out sales tax.
Yes, but it seems the op is mostly curious about offsite methods
Correct
As a seller, I have PayPal and bank transfer as payment options. For some time
now, buyers from the USA haven’t been shown the bank transfer option, even if
they have Tax Exempt status. Only paypal onsite.

What is the reason for this?
Thanks
likely due to the sale tax = onsite payment flag staying even if the buyer has
tax exemption.

It has been the case since BrickLink has collected sales tax for remittance.
Are we (US Sellers) required to file sales tax reports for on (Bricklink) platform,
Paypal or Stripe transactions? I was under the assumption that the conduit /
entity collecting the tax (in this case Bricklink) in adddition to remittance,
was also responsible for the state sales tax filings. Keep in mind, I am only
talking about sales tax. Not income or other taxes.

IIRC from discussions here, some people do, some people don’t 🤷♂️

Most States only have you fill out sales tax for items sold in State only. In
Missouri where I am, you file with full gross receipts, then exclude the amount
of non-State sales, leaving you sales tax amount owed on all items sold in State
only. Then you deduct the amount of sales tax already submitted through BrickLink
for in State sales, and if you owe anything after that, that's your final
bill. Think for 2023 my tax bill was like $3 for a few low dollar Missouri sales,
and since I had no Missouri sales last year, I simply filed a $0 sales tax return
for 2024.
At this time, I'm only selling through conduits that are fully collecting
/ remitting the taxes. So, it would seem that, worst case scenario, I may owe
a few forms and no $. And best case I would not even owe the forms. Obviously,
I'll run it by my tax guy, but I genuinely do appreciate the input.

Forms are easy to fill out, the most annoying thing now is the new NJ taxpayer
portal.

In NJ when you file/pay for Sales & Use Taxes they ask you both your total sales
and your sales that are exempt. I put BrickLink etc. sales in the latter category
because I've already paid tax on them, so I just remit sales tax for those
few sales I've done offline (as well as use tax for anything I bought to
resell, but which wound up getting converted to personal property - e.g. like
a Lego set I had intended to part out, but wound up using as a gift).

They have not. I can't order from sellers who don't accept onsite payments
even though I have a tax-exempt (reseller) certificate.
