Seller forgot one item in my order.
I messaged him a few days ago. Then one more time two days later. But he hasn't
even read the last message.
What do I do?
Cost is minor but I think it is a matter of principle.

Grateful for advice.
If they fail to respond then you can complain by starting a NSS on bricklink
and if you paid by PayPal then file a complaint there too.

Worth remembering that they may have read it on email, just not through the messaging
system.

You're right but:
1) I never read messages on site as I get them by e-mail, so you may not know
if it's read or not.
2) Just before Xmas everyone's busy, especially if it's a "decent"
Shop.
I would give them days before starting everything which could also make you appear
as "tough people"
Much more, if it's cents, simply forget it, set it Least favorite and find
a better shop - it's not worth your precious time, really.

Shop.
In the same vein buyers are busy too, and if the missing item is intended as
a Christmas gift or part of one, then sellers should be sensitive to that. Just
my opinion.

Yes/no. We're often talking about cents in an hundreds parts order, picked
manually.
I don't guarantee perfection for a couple of cents, sorry.
Buyer's king, but slavery's been abolished and we're neither robots.
The problem is that Wanted-Lists and orders are the more often computer produced,
but picking never (until now and here).
If I'm missing something really minor, I refund it, or sometimes reship
it if I can (like if I still have the part...)
