I have had a buyer return an order to me that was paid and shipped. How do I
cancel the order on Bricklink please as when I put the order number into the
problem order box, it doesn't give me any options
Any help would be greatly appreciated !
Oh I've asked the buyer to marlk as shipped rather than received but I dont
think they have any other options

If the buyer marked it "Received" then you can't change the status
on your end.

Ah - in which case what do I do ? I refunded the buyer but of course the fees
are still due and it wasn't an insignificant order so I don't want to
wear the fees. Do I contact bricklink ?

Of course, contact the Help Desk, tell them the situation, and if refunded on
site they'll see the refund - ask them to change the order status to Shipped
so you can cancel.

I'm not 100% certain but I think the buyer can change it, but yes, if he
or she can't then contacting the Help Desk is best.
