This is the second time the IOSS VAT was not calculated in the invoice.
The first time, the total was over 150 euro, so I assumed that BL detected the
total and did not include it accordingly.
This time, the total is less than 150 euro, and the total is still not showing
up on the invoice.
What should I do? I hate having to cancel and reissue invoices to the customer
because the tax isn't showing up.
Should I just ship it without tax and let the buyer pay it on delivery?
I appreciate the help!! Also, am I the only one with this issue? What am I doing
wrong?

Simple: Switzerland is not in EU. No IOSS there. BL doesn’t collect VAT for
Swiss buyers.

Switzerland isn't part of the EU
Yep, just found this out. Thanks!
What you can do if you want is to email the buyer to say that it is packed up
ready to ship out, and that you will be posting it (whenever). As tax is not
collected then they will be responsible for any taxes on import.
I think most Swiss buyers know tax is not collected, especially experienced ones.
