What should I do?
You will manually need to change the status of the order back to unpaid, then
cancel it. Then finally select to return items to your inventory. Thsi is completely
separate from the refund process, as BL does now know if the refund was because
the items went missing in the post so you no longer have them or if it was agreed
to cancel for other reasons and you want to reload them into inventory.
