Are you shure? You can add an item and you can change an item. But you only can
add an image.

If a item already has an image you can submit a new one with the form and explain
in the note why are you requesting the change of the image so an admin can handle
it an make it the correct one if needed and archive the old one.

Stellar is right. Older photos in the catalog get replaced by better ones all
the time.
