There is a apparently new set, with torn cellophane, and its box is opened. However
I think the parts were in bags because I have two sets of photos of earlier releases
where the parts were packed in sealed bag. On top of that, we know only the early
releases from 1978-79 of certains sets were packed without sealed bags, but the
seller sent me photos of loose parts.
In the photos, we can see three wheels!
