Hi everybody!
Yesterday i received my first order, but the buyer told me he couldn´t pay through
PayPal.
An API error occurred he said. What is this?

that usually works, if it doesn't try upgrading your paypal to a business
account if you haven't already.

i also noticed in your terms you "accept" bank transfer but new sellers
are only allowed onsite payment methods so I would remove it for now.

Yesterday was the AWS issue, perhaps it was related to that

UPDATE:

Reconnecting the seller's PayPal account to the Bricklink account didn't
help. Through trial and error, I discovered that the payment wasn't going
through when I tried to pay for the order partially from a USD account and partially
from a EUR account (following the PayPal scenario). The payment only went through
when I separately converted the required EUR amount to USD and paid for everything
from a single balance. That's how it is. Maybe this will be helpful to someone.

Please tell me how you resolved this issue.

I'm having this problem (API message) as a buyer. My bank requires me to
change the merchant's security settings for 3D Secure 2.0 (Mastercard Identity
Check or Visa Secure), but the merchant insists I don't want to pay.
