Hi and welcome to BrickLink! The best thing to do is to create a Wanted List
- you can even go to a set and part it out into your Wanted List, excluding everything
you don't need.

Part out the entire set inventory to a wanted list then start deleting all the
parts you have and you are left with the parts needed to complete the set. At
the bottom of the wanted list there is a buy all button, then filter to UK only
and all UK stores will show with the parts you need. I do this with every set
I rebuild and have over 80 wanted lists for all the sets I am working on. When
you are in a store you can select wanted list and it will show all parts in every
wanted list that you have, once you learn how to use your wanted list you can
enjoy picking up all those missing parts to complete your sets.
