Do you all make separate lots/listing for parts that are the same but different
quality. For example I have 1x3 bricks that some are really good condition and
some have quite a few light scratches on them. I’m thinking of listing separate
and the lesser quality at a lesser price.

Depends on the part. For minifigures, rare or desirable parts, yes. For cheap,
common parts - I don't bother.

Yes I do list them cheaper with some damage. Just make note of it in the comments
section. They do sell. Someone might want them for filler parts or don't
care about minor flaws. They are worth something.
