How can I, as a seller, cancel an order 4 days after the purchase

Paid with PayPal on October 2nd
On October 3rd, a public holiday in Germany
Shipped on October 4th
Tracking information sent to buyer on October 4th

On the same day, October 4 October 2025,S..... B....... reported a case to PayPal
stating that the order had not been received and the money would be withheld.
Suspecting fraud, I quickly retrieved the order from the shipping company this
morning and refunded the money via PayPal.
Now I would like to cancel the order on Bricklink as well.

I think if you change order status to Packed you will have additional options.

That is very lucky you could stop the parcel after it was posted. The other thing
to do is stop list the buyer so they cannot do it to you again.

The delivery company picks up the parcels from the parcel shop from Monday to
Friday,
not on Saturday, and remains in the parcel shop over the weekend.
I picked them up right away when they opened on Monday.
