We're having a bit of an issue merging and now logging into Bricklink (not
with this account obviously)

My wife has a Bricklink account and store setup, however did not have a Lego
com account.

When attempting to log into Bricklink was prompted to log into Lego to merge.
Not having an account, one was created, but any attempt to continue to merge
by logging into Bricklink fails (incorrect username / password)

She has attempted to reset the Bricklink password, however the link sent in the
email just sends you to the merge screen again, not to reset a password. As such
she now seems to be stuck in a loop.

Just for clarity, neither her Bricklink password, or Lego password work.
Yes her Bricklink is password is correct, or was last night and this morning
when logging in.
Also the login details were saved to Brickstore, however these no longer work
either.

Does anybody have any ideas? How to reset the Bricklink log in password or who
to contact to help.

I appreciate any advice or suggestions anyone can throw our way.

I had the same issue. Yet I created a Lego.com account couple of days ago.
Below the message the password was wrong (it was definitely not) was a link to
reset the password. I tried to change it to what is was in the first place and
said I could not change it to a previous password. So I changed it to something
new and that worked.

So you need to reset your lego.com password to get in.

I spent the entire day working through the same problem.

I finally was able to complete the merge.

Something to try is to clear your cache before trying to log on to Lego.

It may take a couple of tries to get your password to reset. In my experience,
there was also a considerable lag time, so be patient.

You can get your password reset, then go back to the beginning and use the new
password. Then complete the merge process and you should be good to go.

And contact the help desk if that doesn't work.

Good luck.
