Today I've received messages from two different customers stating that when
they try to checkout they are getting the message there is no shipping method
available. I've changed nothing and one person did state what country they
are in and I do ship there. Anybody have any ideas what is wrong?

try disconnecting and reconnecting your paypal, and if for some reason you haven't
already, try upgrading your paypal account to a business account.
