I have a buyer that is trying to buy a small set, and get the message "box
dimension is too big". I do not understand how to find or change this.

Hi,

What set is he trying to buy ?
Are your shipping settings correctly configured ?
Check your shipping methods and the dimensions in "Restrictions and Adjustments"
