I placed an order for a set of lego for my son, who is in the autism spectrum.
We used the money he earned from months of uploading videos in youtube. For four
months, I have been checking the status of the parcel to the australian post.
eversince it has been in the pending status and never chaned until now. I have
been raising the issue with the seller, but he just said that he already contacted
australian post about the matter. and he can not do anything if my order is pending
and not scanned for shipped out after several months that the order is tagged
as shipped in briclink. So i filed a non-shipping seller and then i filed a request
for refund. I thought that the amount will automatically go back to my paypal,
after filing refund in bricklink. But after days of waiting, the money was not
returned in my paypal. Upon checking, it seemed that it already was transmitted
to and received by the seller i transacted with. And i can not get it back in
paypal, unless seller send me the anount back. seller said i can not refund,
even if i filed a NSS and request for refund. is there a way i can get my money
back? my son is already very sad upon realizing he will not receive his dream
lego set. He is now devastated that it seems his hard earned money will come
to waste.

You paid with Paypal? Than open a claim at paypal.com . Bricklink will not refund
your money.

How long has it been since you placed the order? If under 6 months then you should
be able to start a PayPal claim. BrickLink cannot refund you since they don't
handle the money.
If the seller won't do anything make sure to complete the NSS.
