Could the Bricklink staff explain how to send parts to the United States starting
August 31, 2025 ?( taxes for the first dollar in a order)
Many store owners outside the United States don't know how to send parts
to the United States: a package or a bubble envelope, and what taxes apply.
Apparently, all packages or bubble envelopes with incorrectly completed declarations
will be held and blocked at customs in the United States without being returned
to their country of origin. There is a risk of a lot of complaints between sellers
and buyers, which could harm the reputation of the Bricklink site.
thanks for your help for a lot of sellers and buyers

Most EU postal companies are temporary stopping offering shipping to US:

Which is especially annoying knowing USA is my second income after France (stats
on last 5 years approx)
For me number one, USA is 70% of my income.
I'm so sorry for you.
But that's strange, I guessed that ALL shops have at least 50% of their income
in their own Country (locally), due to so many factors (proximity, language,
trust...)

BrickLink will not give you an answer as they do not do any shipping. ask your
preferred shipping partner but my guess is they dont know either because there
is barely any information coming from the US on how they are going to handle
everything

This is true, but it is important to realize that Briclink will be very financially
damaging, because trade between the US and Europe is significantly damaged, so
they must at least be interested in this problem and could issue a statement
on it.
It is currently no longer possible to send parcels to the United States via La
Poste, the company announced on Friday, August 22.
La Poste will suspend parcel shipments to the United States as of August 25 [snip],
due to the recent tightening of US customs regulations, the French public company
announced Friday. La Poste said in a statement that it was "constrained"
by "still incomplete specifications and technical procedures and the extremely
short timeframe for preparation."
This announcement comes just hours after the German postal service took similar
measures, significantly restricting, "temporarily," the shipment of parcels
and goods to the United States. Other European national postal services have
adopted the same approach:
"For example, BPost (the Belgian postal service), Correos (the Spanish postal
service), PostNord (the Swedish-Danish network), Deutsche Post (the German postal
service), and Austrian Post (the Austrian postal service) have already announced
the suspension of parcel deliveries to the United States," La Poste stated
in its press release.

This mindset deserves ALL that is confronting it... Pull back and rethink is
my advise, or don't for more entertainment value

DHL Express and UPS continue regular and then collect the 15% from US customer
before delivering. (That's the way we fortunately can continue)
But usually that only makes sense, when you have a contract with one of them
and a high quantity of parcels, to have affordable prices.
But even then, it only makes sense for larger orders 100€+ For small one, it's
a huge problem.
