I may be just being dense but I want to edit which countries I ship to, currently
I have all countries in my shipping list but I can't see how to change this
so some countries are not included. Thanks

Store Settings
Shipping
Edit your International shipping service and remove.
If when editing your Rate Chart shows All International, click on that and you’ll
see the list of countries.
