I have several items I need that are kinda hard to get. I was thinking to post
a list and as stores are often quite good connected, maybe there are some who
can fullfil the list at once? I would also pay a premium for it.

Right now I have to buy 20 parts from 20 stores; S&H is the problem. I am not
talking about cheap parts obv.

Create a wanted list (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/wanted/list.page) of the parts
and the use buy all to see what stores have those parts.
The auto select feature will help minimise to the least amount of sellers

I know. But this is not what I want. First of auto buying sucks. Secondly it
spits out, as I have written, 20 shops

I am looking for shops that are willing to buy the parts that they dont have
in stock to fulfill my wish (wanted) list.

Do you realise how unrealistic this is? You want a store to buy parts that you
want on the off-chance you might place an order with them? The seller will have
to pay postage on any lots they buy that you want, plus fees when they sell,
plus they need to make a profit and all of this will add to the price they need
to charge. If your wants list has 20 stores, then the seller will likely have
the same number if they run the same wants list.
