The evidence is not a sealed copy, it is not a boxed-opened new copy, it was
not even claimed by its seller to be new copy. I just found these photos in an
auction for 955 in the US. What got my attention is that
- some extra parts are exactly those appearing on the extra section of 855.
- this is a later variant because of the front cover of the instructions (crane)
and all the extra parts appear in this copy. I have got photos of an instructions
955 that proves this later variant of instruction existed for 955 too, similar
to that of 855.
- I even found evidence for two extra parts proving they were used in an alternate
build. See photos attached.
So when it comes to extra parts, I cannot be not sure and so, I don't insist
them to be added and I think the extra parts are not important but when about
this set, these extra parts may very well be regular, i.e. used in one of the
alternate builds similar to the two parts above.
As it comes to red 3702, it appears that an early version of the main model was
different in which a red 3702 instead of 3703 was used. See photos 6-7.

Frist version of the set has a box count of 510 and the second version has box
count 535.

For now I approved your extras that matched 855.
There is also a red plate discernable on the bottom right, but we can't know
if it is a 1x2.
