In the past 12 days, our shop has had issues where the payments we received through
PayPal were showing as pending even though the buyers have used instant payment
methods like a credit card or their paypal balance.
Today things got worse when we've been getting messages from multiple buyers
that they were unable to checkout all together.
This is not happening to us with any other platform we're working with that
collects paypal payments but it also seems to be an issue that only our shop
and another shop have been having.
In the past 12 days we tried to reach the helpdesk and received one message 11
days ago asking to clean our cookies and disconnect and reconnect our paypal
account on Bricklink.
We've done both and still having issues, we have not heard anything else
from Bricklink's support.
We contacted PayPal who told us that it's an issue that stems from the code
submitted on Bricklink to paypal- we're just perplexed as to why it is only
happening in our shop and another's.
We're very disappointed by the silence from tech support but also desperate
to get any guidance on what we can do on our end to fix this.
We've been on the top 50 shops every month since 2018-2019 as far as i remember
so were hoping to get the bare minimum curtesy of response from one of LEGO's
divisions.

I've had this banner across the top of my Orders Received page for weeks,
so this must be widespread:
Attention Sellers: PayPal is experiencing intermittent payment delays. If your
"Order Status" shows "Paid-Pending," the payment has not yet
been finalized. Please wait until the "Order Status" updates to "Paid"
before fulfilling the order.
