I'd definitely go for local pickup via facebook. I bought some similar storage
boxes recently on facebook for my garage (not lego). I don't think I would
have travelled far to pick them up as that negates any savings buying second
hand, and postage for such bulky but relatively light items would be crazy.

It just relies on the right local buyer being in need of storage boxes.
