I'm currently creating an MOC of a building from the video game Red Alert
2. I've got the spire, the tower and the general body of the building done.
I just need help with what parts I could use to create the bladed wings around
the tower. They are 3 different blades of different sizes and they all rotate
around it.

Can you help me?

What scale?

I don't know how to describe the scale but relatively small, probably around
15cm-20cm tall, it's a small item meant to fit on your desk.

Have you built the rest yet?

Look into “real” blades (Minifigure, Weapon; or Hero Factory / Bionicle).
