that can only be bought via an invoiced payment. I had some older raised baseplates
that when sold through instant payment I actually lost money on them due to the
high shipping cost and I do not want to see that happen again. Any and all advice

And just for clarity's sake, any order including that item will require a
manual invoice, there are no additional steps needed to be taken, correct?

Yes, if there is one item in any order no matter the size you’ll need to raise
an invoice for all items on that one invoice.

As I just attempted, my drop down in my inventory looks just like yours but lacking
the weight, packaging and dimensions. How do you get those five slots to show
up?
