Wat is er toch aan de hand bij PostNL?
Ze hadden de tweede helft van mei grote vertragingen met partijpost en briefpost,
heb ik me laten vertellen. Dat zou 4 juni zijn opgelost. Maar het is nog steeds
een bende lijkt het. Geloof dat ik wel 20 briefpostklanten heb over de laatste
weken die hun bestelling met forse vertraging of helemaal niet hebben gehad.
Ik heb er al 5 of 6 vergoed...
Wat is jullie ervaring?

I recently shipped something for a family friend with them, however it needed
taxes on delivery but the recipient was never notified and now the package cannot
be delivered/returned (tho it’s my first major problem with them and normally
it isn’t an issue as we usually have taxes paid on the platform which results
in better deliveries)

Did you send it with USPS or UPS? USPS works together with PostNL and that works
really smoothly for me. But with UPS I have this problem a lot. They just don't
notify unless you've signed up for an account with them or something. On
two occasions I literally had the delivery van drive by my house without stopping
(!) because I hadn't paid the import duties that I wasn't made aware
of. Somehow everytime I have something sent to me by UPS I always end up on the
phone with their customer service.

It was shipped “directly” with PostNL. (Printed post nl label and handed off
to stallion express who dropped it off directly with post nl who “handled” final
mile delivery)
