Has anyone done local delivery or local pick up? I'd like to set this
up but want to make sure both parties are secured. Examples, I don't want
a chargeback due to a lack of shipping record. Has anyone done this in a way
that works for both parties? Print the order and add a field to sign for receipt
of entire order?

local pickups can be done just by handing the package to the buyer, its not much
more "unsafe" then though the mail but yes you would in theory be forced
to do a refund if the buyer filed a claim (tho for in person meetups that's
rare).

the main thing to worry about is your insurance policy, if you have customers
showing up on your property your insurance may get cold feet and drop you or
something, in general its best to ship orders.

Unless it's a big ticket item... I wouldn't stress it. Make sure they
pay through Paypal though for the taxes.

Otherwise, maybe a selfie with you and them and the set? Like my grubhub driver
has to do when they hand off my order??

Yes, print the order and have the seller sign. Then take a photo of the signed
order next to the buyer's driver's license. Some buyers may object so
make sure they agree to do this before you meet.
