Hello all! I am new to selling minifigs - have only been selling sets on here.
What have you all found to be the best way to package and ship single minifigs?
They're each in a little ziploc and I have small bubble mailers for them
as well, but the mailers are WAY too small for an address label. Do you put the
small mailer inside a larger bubble mailer? I'd love any advice anyone can
offer!

Thanks!

Carol

Each minifigure inside a ziplock bag, and the ziplock bag inside a standard 4x6
bubble mailer. I’ve shipped thousands of figures out this way and 99% of the
time it works perfectly

I ship minifigs unassembled in a polybag with at least one extra layer of bubble
wrap and in a 5x7 padded mailer. Shrink the label down 10-15% to get it to fit
nicely.

All orders with minifigures go in a box - I have 6x4x1 boxes that I use

All minifigs mailed in a #0 6.5 X 9.25 bubble mailer.

Never had any problems.

Disassembled in a 2x3 poly bag, shipped in a 6x4x2 box, bundled in the brown
paper LEGO uses.

I have these really cool compostable "bubble mailers" made out of recycled
ocean plastic and I've personally never had a problem shipping with them,
but the few times I've had figs shipped to me I've had damage caused
by USPS. So I switched to boxes and save the mailers in case I have to ship
a replacement part.
