yikes, that seller has some of the worst feedback I've ever seen. based on
their feedback I wouldn't be surprised if they are hoping you will just "forget
about it". best to file a "NSS" on bricklink and file a claim with
paypal

Hello everyone, it’s been a while.
Thanks to your advice, I was finally able to resolve the issue. I’m truly grateful.
Here’s a quick summary of what happened:
I filed a dispute through PayPal, attaching all the messages exchanged on BrickLink
and the original order details.
As a result, PayPal issued a refund.
Shortly afterward, the package arrived—so now I have both the money and the items
in hand.
I had hoped for a serious dialogue and planned to negotiate, but the seller’s
attitude was completely closed off.
I realized continuing to discuss it would only waste my time, so I simply sent
the payment and considered the matter closed.
This experience taught me the importance of always checking a seller’s reputation
beforehand.
A heartfelt thanks to Nubs_Select, peregrinator, SezaR, Ziegelmeister, 1001bricks,
SylvainLS, TheBrickGuys—and everyone who offered advice in the thread.
Now, it’s time for me to focus fully on my BDP9 build!
I made a credit card payment to the seller on May 10, 2025, but it’s been over
two weeks and I still haven’t received a tracking number.
I’ve sent several messages without any response, so I have no way of knowing
whether the item has been shipped.
Moreover, my message from May 26 was neither read nor replied to—it was deleted.
Since I can no longer communicate with the seller, I must consider this as payment
received without dispatching the goods.
I have therefore posted this notice here and have requested a payment cancellation
via PayPal.

Thank you.
Did you search for a seller with the worst feedback history and found this seller?!
Three sellers responded to you here. Check on their feedbacks. Would you imagine
there would be a difference in their service and Lego quality and accuracy in
comparison with this seller you ordered from? Feedback is there for a reason.
As a buyer, it does not matter what rare item(s) and for what price this seller
has, I would never order from him.

Agreed, but it's not only the buyer's fault here.
He saw 8000+ feedbacks on the top left of the Shop, and maybe 93% on the top
right.
To ANY normal user, that seems to be an achievement.
The problem here is those numbers don't mean anything.
How come "the worst feedback I've ever seen" (said Nubs) has 93%
"success"???
Something should be implemented to better show the quality / recent "quality"
of a shop, and displayed to right in big, like a star system, or like Amazon,
etc.

Thank you.
How is this person still selling here here on BrickLink?? I just stop listed
them just to make sure they never shop in our store.
